• "Pop-up Window Blockers" MUST be disabled
     (restarting browser may be necessary with Safari)
• FireFox 2.0 (Mac/Win),  Safari 2.0 (Mac),  IE 7 (Win)
• Javascript must be enabled
• Accept Cookies MUST be enabled
• Flash Player 9 or greater --- Check Flash Player version
     (Javascript must be enabled to check version)

Please follow these steps if you encounter a problem using Content Clips:

1. Make sure that your browser and Flash versions meet the minimum requirements , that your browser has "Block Pop-up Windows" disabled, Javascript enabled, and is set to accept cookies.
2. Windows Internet Explorer versions older than 7.0 may cause your computer to "lock up." In this case, you may need to reboot your computer and restart your browser. Try installing a newer version of Internet Explorer or switch to the Firefox browser instead.
3. Send an e-mail to . Please provide as much information as you can about the computer system and browser you were using, what you were doing when you had the problem, and any error messages that you received. We try to respond to all e-mail requests within 48 hours.
