Please follow these steps if you encounter a problem using Content Clips:

  1. Make sure that your browser and Flash versions meet the minimum requirements , that your browser has "Block Pop-up Windows" disabled, Javascript enabled, and is set to accept cookies.
  2. Windows Internet Explorer versions older than 7.0 may cause your computer to "lock up." In this case, you may need to reboot your computer and restart your browser. Try installing a newer version of Internet Explorer or switch to the Firefox browser instead.
