  1. Make sure that your browser and Flash versions meet the minimum requirements listed above, that your browser has "Block Pop-up Windows" disabled, Javascript enabled, and is set to accept cookies.
  2. Windows users may encounter problems with Internet Explorer versions older than 7.0 causing your computer to "lock up." In this case, you may need to reboot your computer and restart your browser. Try installing a newer version of Internet Explorer or switch to the Firefox browser instead.
